Saving the client $2 million with smart technology

SITUATION:

After a federal court ordered Wall Street's largest brokerage firm to disclose customers' emails, our global client was concerned by the ruling because it wasn't capturing customers' emails.   The client assigned the project to its internal IT department which recommended a complex solution costing $2 million and up to 11 months to implement. Unhappy with the recommendation, the client looked to Apple.
