Creating tools to make the brand stick

SITUATION:

An international franchiser was having trouble ensuring that franchisees maintained brand integrity in local advertising.

SOLUTION:

Apple wanted to make it easier to comply with brand standards than not.   Working with the compter geeks, we created all the design elements - photos, graphics, copy and brand material - needed for the leading-edge system. Franchisees create their own ads, brochures, mailers and letters from branded templates.   The franchisees customize prices, dates, percentages, locations and hours.   They are also able to input a mailing list, update it or purchase one online.

RESULTS:

Local advertising complied with brand standards immediately, and the franchisees were happy to have access to easy-to-use tools for their marketing efforts.
